Insight Session
Insight Session brings the artists and academics involved in the INSIGHT OUT exhibition together to speak about their experience, their practice and how art can be used as a medium to convey research to the general public.
INSIGHT OUT is a visually stimulating and highly innovative exhibition showcasing interdisciplinary collaboration across ANU.
The project paired 24 visual arts students with an academic undertaking research at one of the University’s seven academic Colleges, in order to experiment with communicating important ideas via art. The resulting large-scale artworks traverse a range of disciplines, including painting, illustration, photography, and digital art.
Presented by Kambri at ANU, artist Kate Matthews and academic Kylie Catchpole will each speak on their involvement in the project. The event will commence at 6.30pm on 10 March 2022 in the Kambri Outdoor Amphitheatre.
