Clive Hamilton AM is Professor of Public Ethics at Charles Sturt University in Canberra. For 14 years he was the Executive director of The Australia Institute His books include Silent Invasion, Growth Fetish, Requiem for a Species, Defiant Earth and the bestselling Silent Invasion: China’s Influence in Australia.
Dr Mareike Ohlberg is a senior fellow at the German Marshall Fund in Berlin. Her work involves briefing European governments and policy-makers on developments in China. She is a co-author of the landmark report Authoritarian Advance: Responding to China’s Growing Political Influence in Europe.
Dr Anita Chan is a Research Professor at the China Research Centre of the University of Technology, Sydney and a Visiting Fellow of the Political and Social Change, ANU College of Asia and the Pacific. Her current research focuses on Chinese labor issues. She has published widely on Chinese workers’ conditions, the Chinese trade union and labor rights issues.
